Document Data

When you upload a document for processing, we collect the file itself to perform the data extraction service. This may include personal data contained within the document.

  • What we collect: We process the document (e.g., bank statement) you upload.
  • Why we collect it: To extract financial transaction data as requested by you.
  • How we process it: The data from your document is processed in-memory by an AI model to extract transactional information. The AI is specifically instructed to exclude personal identifiers such as names and addresses from the final output. Your data is not used for AI model training.
  • How long we store it: Your uploaded files and the extracted data are not stored on our servers. All processing is ephemeral and the data is discarded immediately after the transaction data has been provided to you.
