This page outlines our commitment to complying with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).
Your Rights Under CCPA/CPRA
As a California resident, you have specific rights regarding your personal information. LedgerOwl's data handling practices are designed to align with these rights.
- Right to Know: You have the right to know what personal information is being collected about you. As detailed in our Privacy Policy, we do not store your uploaded documents or the data extracted from them. The only data processed is what you provide for the immediate purpose of conversion.
- Right to Delete: You have the right to request the deletion of your personal information. Since we do not store your personal data after processing, this right is met by our system's design. There is no data to delete.
- Right to Opt-Out: You have the right to opt-out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. We do not sell or share your personal information with any third parties.
- Right to Correct: You have the right to correct inaccurate personal information. As we do not store your information, there is no data held by us to correct. Any inaccuracies in the source document would need to be corrected by you before upload.
- Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information: We do not use sensitive personal information for any purpose other than the service you have requested. We have also taken steps to minimize the collection of such information during processing.
No Sale or Sharing of Personal Information
LedgerOwl does not sell or share your personal information with third parties. Our business model is based on providing a direct service to you, not on monetizing your data.
